Welcome to Desert Ridge Baptist Church! We are a church family that celebrates sound doctrine and warm fellowship. No matter your background, we encourage all to come and hear the truth of God’s Word proclaimed. We are convinced that the gospel is indeed the power of God that leads to salvation (Romans 1:16), so our primary aim is to make the gospel clear, “speaking the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:15).
Sunday morning begins at 9:30 a.m. with education electives for all ages. During the education hour, we provide nursery for infants to 2 years old and a childcare class for 3 to 5 years old. Age-appropriate Bible teaching is available for children ages 6-11 and youth ages 12-18. We also provide adult elective classes to equip the church for spiritual growth and service.
After the education electives, the morning worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the worship center. We welcome all ages in the worship service and love to see children alongside their parents as the Word is ministered. However, if your children are not yet able to worship with us, we provide childcare up to age 4 in the childcare rooms. We also offer a nursing room for mothers and babies that remains available through all of our scheduled events. During the worship service, you can expect music that is doctrinally sound with theological depth, blended from songs both old and new. The sermon will be Bible-based expository preaching that honors the original intent of the text. The service concludes at approximately 12:00 p.m.
