We believe that God has bestowed upon the family and the church the responsibility of discipling children into the truth of God’s Word. In these formative years of development, it is essential to help our young ones establish a thoroughly biblical worldview and comprehend the fundamental aspects of the Bible. Through an in-depth and wholistic approach to teaching biblical truth, our hope is that each child the Lord brings under our stewardship will grow to believe the life-transforming gospel and submit to Jesus as Lord.
All of our teachers and childcare workers are members in good standing with our body, vetted for spiritual maturity, and have undergone background checks for safety. We apply a two-teacher rule in each of our classrooms and childcare rooms and we utilize a check-in system for accountability. Our classrooms and common areas are covered by security cameras and are monitored during activities. The safety of the children in our care is a top priority.
Sunday Morning (Education Electives)
Ages 0-2 (Nursery)
We offer nursery for ages 0-2 beginning at the start of the education elective time from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on the first floor of our education wing. Our check-in system includes a pager for parents if your little one needs attention.
Ages 3-5
We offer a childcare class for ages 3-5 next door to the nursery from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on the first floor of our education wing. In this class, children will be able to play as well as enjoy an age-appropriate story teaching Bible truths. Our check-in system for this class also includes a pager for parents.
Ages 6-11 (Generations of Grace)
We offer children’s classes for ages 6-11 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in our education wing on the second floor. This class utilizes the Generations of Grace curriculum which teaches a biblical worldview from the start of Genesis to the end of Revelation. The focus of the curriculum highlights the emphasis of Scripture as God’s redemptive plan for humanity. This curriculum is also designed so parents can reinforce the lessons at home during the week, aiding in their biblical parental responsibility to shepherd children in the truth.
Sunday Morning (Worship Service)
We welcome children of all ages in the worship service if they are able to tolerate the time in the worship center. However, if your little one is not able to be in the service, we offer childcare up to age 4 in the education wing childcare room on the first floor.
Nursing Room
During any church activity, we have a nursing room available for mothers of little ones who need extra care and privacy. It is located adjacent to our nursery in the education wing hallway.
Wednesday Evening (Adventure Club)
Ages 3-11
On Wednesday evenings during the school year, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., we offer a children’s equipping time using the Adventure Club curriculum. This curriculum is designed to teach children systematic theology at a level they can comprehend. During this time, children are divided into three age ranges and take part in age-appropriate training as well as fun activities that reinforce what they are learning.
